Bistro Meeja

Bistro Meeja’s Tarte Tatin is very famous. Tarte Tatin is a French home-style dessert. It is said that its creator Tatin was too busy and forgot to put the pastry in the dish, and by the time she realized her mistake, the apple had been caramelized in sugar and butter. To salvage what she could of the apple tart, she put the pastry base on top of the apples and put them in the oven together. After baking it, she turned the tart upside, and it looked just like a normal apple tart. The hot Tarte Tatin with Nagano’s apples make it more delicious. Besides desserts, Bistro Meeja also provides lunch meals.
